Junie Del Mundo

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

An influential thought leader in Philippine business and public relations, Junie strongly believes that communication is the most valuable gateway to building trust. A belief he holds with such fervor that it became the cornerstone of a dream venture he founded with two of his closest friends exactly two decades ago.

Under his fearless and visionary leadership, EON rapidly evolved from its humble origins as an events organizing network into the country’s pioneering stakeholder relations firm, and eventually into the internationally acclaimed integrated communications agency that it is today.

In 2017, Junie switched from hands-on management to legacy building, handing over the reins of the company to a professional team that he had personally trained and promoted from within. He continues to participate actively in industry associations and foreign chambers where he drives conversations that help shape national policy and public opinion, particularly on country branding and ASEAN Integration.

Junie has been part of the PRWeek Global Power Book since 2014.

Malyn Rita Molina

President and Chief Operating Officer

Malyn is a consummate communications professional with expertise gained from more than two decades of agency experience, with 13 years as part of the senior leadership.  She built her multi-sector and multi-industry knowledge and experience leading campaigns for Asian and global conglomerates in Healthcare, FMCG, Power, and Automotive industries, among others.

Her expertise in Corporate Reputation and Brand Management, Public Affairs and Government Relations, and Risk Mitigation and Crisis Management has been highly instrumental for successful campaigns for companies in highly regulated industries. She has also built considerable experience in specialized services such as Capacity Building, Advocacy and Grassroots Outreach, and Developmental Communications, which were greatly leveraged to develop multi-stakeholder campaigns for clients in food, technology, heavy industry sectors.

She was Edelman Vietnam’s Chief Operations Officer and Head of Corporate. Under her leadership, Edelman Vietnam was awarded PR Agency of the Year in 2021 and is now the go-to-agency for local and multinational conglomerates that need business and reputation advisory. She was also shortlisted as Mentor of the Year in the 2019 Women Leading Change Awards.

Before joining Edelman, Malyn was the Managing Director of The EON Group—Edelman’s Philippine affiliate and the only Philippine firm in the Global Top 250 ranking of PR agencies. 

Malyn graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science, majoring in Behavioral Studies. She also completed a Senior Executives Program in Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Malyn is a member of the International Federation of Business & Professional Women (BPW International). 

Michael San Diego

Chief Finance Officer

Mike was Senior Vice President for Finance and Management Services and concurrently Chief Finance Officer of EON from 2007 to 2013. He was instrumental in establishing EON’s financial and administrative frameworks. He is a specialist in operations management, audit, and managerial accounting. 

Mike has 15 years of experience as a full-time CFO, out of the almost three decades (30 years) of relevant experience and progressive responsibilities and track record of success in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Tax Management, Audit and Operations. He has more than 3 years significant experience as Corporate Treasurer. 

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1987 and finished his MBA in 2003 from DLSU Graduate School major In Finance and Management. He is also a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), as well as a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA).

Mori Rodriguez

Chief Innovation Officer

Mori Rodriguez is a communications executive and digital strategist. Mori built EON’s digital advertising & marketing business unit from the ground up in 2015. He leads the company’s strategic and analytics, creatives, corporate and business development pillars.

Mori leads EON’s intellectual properties- including the Philippine Trust Index and Insight reports coming from the company’s think tank, Trust Central.

Prior to EON, Mori was Assistant Vice President and Head of ABS-CBN’s digital division, where he led the creation of the whole conglomerate’s digital brand architecture and strategy. His team was responsible for the creation of ABS-CBN’s major dotcom properties, which continue to provide billions of page and video views for the company to this day.

Joanarc Sales

Head of PR - Brand

Joanarc handles the company’s travel and technology accounts such as Samsung and the Department of Tourism.

In her role, Joanarc is responsible for driving client relationship management,  ensuring strong project management across client’s public relations and communication needs, and propelling creative strategies to guarantee strong development of both client and company brand equity. She develops and implements communication plans that strengthen the brands’ image.

With over nine years of media and PR experience, she has built relationships with key media personalities across lifestyle, tech, and entertainment, and has also established a strong database of key influencers.

Aside from the accounts she is currently handling, Joanarc also handled projects for the Visa, Nokia, Canon, Shu Uemura, Intel, FedEx, Philip Stein, Pacific Foods Corp., Jag Jeans, Kipling, Regatta, Spanish Tourism Board, St. Ives, Energizer, Yelp, CAMPI, GSK, Disney, PSBank, and McDonald’s.

Denise Ching

Head of PR - Corporate

Denise leads PR’s corporate communications practice, leveraging on her more than 12 years experience in the public relations, marketing communications and advertising field. Her expertise lies in corporate PR, working with brands on corporate communications, branding, executive positioning, thought leadership, and reputation management.

She first joined in 2013 as Account Manager, and later rejoined the company as Account Director in 2018. She led the Corporate PR accounts team in planning and implementing strategic communications campaigns for local and multinational brands across various industries. This includes banking and finance, consumer and enterprise technology, telco, energy and utilities, transport and logistics, automotive, real estate, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining EON, Denise was part of the Marketing Communications Group of SM Retail, Inc., and led the Demand Generation and B2B marketing team of an enterprise software startup. She was also head of EON University, EON’s learning and development arm.

Denise graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Advertising Management, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration also from DLSU.

Vikki Luta

Head of ENGAGE

Vikki joined in 2006 as an Account Executive of the Stakeholder and Public Affairs team – her very first job — and spent the next 12 years rising through the ranks, developing both wisdom and expertise in her chosen field. She credits EON’s professional mentoring for everything she knows in the industry, particularly citing the company’s flexibility and openness in allowing her space to grow and explore. She was a Deputy Managing Director for Engage before being appointed its Business Unit Head in 2017.

Pam Enriquez

Head of TANGERINE

Pam has been with the company since 2012, bringing with her international work experience and expertise in managing online and offline events. She has done events and production management for clients like Spotify, McDonald’s, Philippine Department of Tourism, AXA, Asian Development Bank, Disney, and L’Oreal. She oversees overall project management, day-to-day client communications and ensures timely and accurate project delivery.

Prior to joining EON, Pam worked in a below-the-line agency where she handled end-to–end project management for consumer brands.

Erielle Pineda

Head of DiG

Erielle has 11 years of experience doing digital strategy, media and analytics work for various verticals such as telecommunications, FMCG, entertainment, technology, automotive and B2B brands across Asia. He heads and oversees projects of the digital arm.

Prior to joining EON, he worked with Ogilvy where he was the Insights and Analytics Lead for the Coca-Cola South East Asia Social Xperience Lab.  He has also been  based in Cambodia and Myanmar and worked offshore for a Singaporean boutique agency handling digital strategy, digital media buying and performance analytics.

Alan Navarra

Group Creative Director

Armed with 12 years of creative experience, Alan was formerly Creative Director at a global advertising agency network, handling campaigns for multinational accounts. He has been instrumental in developing award-winning creatives for Cinemalaya, Mach 5 Energy Drink, and Castrol. He also has extensive experience in handling brands across a wide range of industries, such as food and beverage, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, real estate, banking and finance, and entertainment. Alan is also a published author and book designer.
