Stakeholders and Public Affairs Unit (SPA)

Strategic interventions offered by EON’s Stakeholder and Public Affairs (SPA) unit are within the context of knowing and understanding the realities and conditions within which organizations operate, and responding to them in the most effective way. A communication program cannot effectively take off the ground without a firm grasp of the issues, realities, and personalities affecting a client’s business.

SPA develops programs and services bearing in mind the entire range of the clients’ communication needs in the broader context of its stakeholder milieu, including the government and public domain. Anchored on solid research and a comprehensive understanding of issues, SPA provides services to ensure the strategic delivery of appropriate and effective communication responses geared towards specific stakeholder groups. Beyond the passive delivery of information, this approach promotes proactive and genuine stakeholder engagement and participation, keeping the company well grounded on the realities in which it operates and able to minimize or manage arising risks and issues.

With the management and expertise provided by directors formerly in public service, EON has implemented projects for different departments in the Philippine government, multilateral institutions, private foundations, development programs, and private sector institutions.
