Strategic Stakeholder Relations Communications

Communication Plan and Roadmap Development.
This involves data gathering and processing for a complete picture of the political, social, and economic landscape that affects a particular sector. The research team evaluates and prioritizes issues from which specific communication strategies are developed. The Communication Plan defines the specific communication objectives and strategies that will help achieve the communication goals of the company. The Communication Roadmap outlines the stakeholders, key campaigns, channels, and tools/platforms, as well as points of convergence toward ensuring general appreciation, and support for the communication campaign subject and participation in the relevant activities of the organization or company.

Development of Corporate/Organization Messages.

Every business entity or organization needs to develop messages that are clear and stakeholder specific, with the end view of encouraging support for specific positions or interests assumed by the company or organization. The development of corporate and/or organization messages facilitates the development of an umbrella message and a specific key message per stakeholder group, supported by proof points. Developing these messages requires a process that will take into consideration the various stakeholders of the organization and their interests or specific positions on key issues. The messages should be responsive to these issues. The output of this exercise, which is normally a workshop, is a Message Platform which will also be used in the tactical implementation of the communications plan.

Stakeholder and/or Community Profiling.

It is always important to acquire information on a specific stakeholder or a group of stakeholders as inputs to business planning purposes. The predisposition and interests of stakeholders affect the outcomes of business processes. As such, this exercise will help organizations develop practical solutions and approaches to business programs and help minimize risks for the organization.

Environmental Scanning.

This service involves research and data gathering on socio-political and economic developments occurring at the local or national level, or in specific sectors of society. Environmental scanning includes the development of projected scenarios or situations and specific recommendations to address potential issues that may arise out of existing or projected scenarios. This service is provided periodically in support of strategic business planning exercises or decision making processes.

Training Program for Communication Program Handlers.
